Nigerian singer, #Peruzzi has reacted ro allegations that he slapped Dumebi crooner, #Rema at the Big Brother Naija final show on Sunday.
Recall that Rema went on a Twitter rant yesterday saying it is inappropriate to tag him proud or rude simply because he doesn’t smile when in a room with others.

“When we in the same room together don’t label me proud or rude because I don’t smile, talk or laugh to your jokes.”

His words were immediately linked to an alleged bruohaha which social media users claim he had with members of DMW Records owned by Davido.

He’s said to have been slapped after he walked into a room without showing respect to the DMW crew.
Peruzzi was immediately highlighted as the person who slapped him. This is due to an incident in 2019 in which he slapped a social media influencer, Pamilerin Omo Iya Ologi.

Young Nigerian singer #Rema has been ranting on social media after his a possible misunderstanding with an artist.
Rema in a couple of tweets revealed that money hasn’t made him proud and the fact that he doesn’t smile or laugh at someone’s joke doesn’t mean he doesn’t smile.

Some tweeps felt he was getting out of hand with his tweets hence called on his boss Don Jazzy to change his password so he can stop ranting.

Don Jazzy replying asked why he will do that as Rema is just trying to pass a message across therefore fans should keep reading they will understand what he’s trying to say when he finishes.

Young Nigerian music act, Divine Ikubor who is widely known as #Rema has shared a valuable advice given to him by his mother.
According to him, his mother doesn’t want his money adding that all that his mother wants is for her to be happy. He also stated that his mother advised him to save for his kids so that they don’t suffer like how he suffered when he was growing up.

In his words, he wrote;

Nigerian singers, #Fireboy DML and #Rema’s songs will feature on the official soundtrack of EA Sports FIFA 21 video game, the game maker announced today.
According to EA Sports, “The all-new soundtrack to FIFA 21 features tracks by more than 100 artists from 23 different countries.”

Fireboy and Rema represent Nigeria alongside top musician across the globe including Stormzy, Dua Lipa, Sia and a host of other buzzing artists.

According to the game maker, Fireboy’s ‘Scatter’ will feature on the main football soundtrack while Rema’s ‘Beamer’ will entertain game lovers in the VOLTA (street soccer) mode of the game.

“The Menus Soundtrack features massive new music from established artists and hot newcomers, while the VOLTA FOOTBALL Soundtrack drives street action with the latest and greatest in grime, electronic and hip-hop.

“Together, that’s over 100 artists including international headliners like Dua Lipa, Anitta, Tame Impala, Royal Blood (a FIFA 21 launch exclusive), Glass Animals, Charli XCX, Disclosure and Stormzy, while introducing artists-to-watch that include Alfie Templeman, Oliver Malcolm, Dylan Fraser, Joesef, 박혜진 Park Hye Jin, Priya Ragu, Nnena, Celeste, Madame Gandhi and Chløë Black.”

EA Sports also added that fans can now listen to the VOLTA FOOTBALL Soundtrack while playing other modes such as FIFA Ultimate Team and Career Mode by changing the in-game settings.

Fans and game lovers will be entertained on October 1st as “more than 50 soundtrack artists come together on their respective channels to celebrate the upcoming launch of FIFA 21 in the FIFA World Premiere.”

The FIFA 21 is set to be released officially on October 6, 2020.

Nigerian singer, #Rema has called out the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) over the death of his father Justice Ikubor.
Justice Ikubor was said to be a high ranking member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State and former General Manager of the state-owned Ethiope Publishing Company before his death. He was found dead in a room at Bins Hotel in Benin City, the state capital in 2008.

Nigerian Tribune reported that Idubor checked in with a female friend at about 8:30 p.m on the day he died. The lady reportedly left the hotel premises after spending some hours with the deceased.

It was said that when there was no sign of the presence of the PDP chieftain the next morning, the room in which he lodged was forced open by the staff members of the hotel and his lifeless body was found on the bed.

According to the publication, empty cans of popular energy drink/stimulant which he might have taken together with the lady littered the hotel room.

However in a tweet he shared today, Rema stated that the PDP needs to explain what happened to his father in that hotel room. He added that “Justice Ikubor’s son has risen”.

Nigerian popular musician and songwriter #Davido has responded to the Twitter rants and outbursts of the young singer #Rema.
Rema has been ranting and throwing shades on his Twitter page after it was alleged that he had a clash with the “FEM” Hitmaker Davido at the Big Brother Naija show yesterday evening.

Rema has taken over his Twitter to rant for several hours now.

His first tweet was “Management will change my password now”. He later tweeted in a few minutes saying “stop trying to change my password”. He has also bragged about his music career and how successful he has become in a short time.


Reacting to Rema’s tweet, Davido retweeted one of Rema’s tweet and captioned it “Lol bro litt” with a laughing emoji.

Young musician, Divine Ikubor who is widely known as #Rema has revealed why he performed with his mask on his first show.
The young musician made this known during his recent rants on micro-blogging site, Twitter where he made some revelations as well.

Making the post, he wrote;

Music stars, #Rema and #Fireboy, have been billed to perform at the finale of the BBNaija Lockdown on Sunday, September 27.
The organizers of the show announced that Rema and Fireboy will be serenading viewers, fans and ex-housemates as well as the finalists at the finale of the fifth edition of BBNaija.

Nigerian singer, #Rema has been listed by the American magazine, GQ as one of the ’27 Musicians to make 2020 better’.
Rema who appeared on the GQ magazine alongside Roddy Ricch, Doja Cat, Ari Lennox amongst others was listed as one of the 27 musicians making 2020 better.

GQ described him the 20-year-old singer as:-

Mavin Records star #Rema isn’t only a big deal in Nigeria at the moment but his influence on the Afrobeats scene has earned him traction on the international landscape.
Recently, the Official Charts Company also known as Official Charts caught up with the ‘Woman’ crooner who shared some of his ambition in the nearest future.

Rema told Official Charts he wanted to be a pilot when he was much younger because he lived close the airport in Benin but that quickly changed as he grew older when he got exposed to gospel music and rapping.

He shared that his parents introduced him early to music from Fela Kuti and 2Baba which plays a big part to his music appreciation and his ability to blend genres.
The ‘Dumebi’ hit maker shared what his ultimate career goal would be.

According to him he wants to take Afrobeats to the world and also put his hometown Benin on the map.

He also said he would be very excited to work with Drake or Rihanna who have previously reached out to him before. He said he wants to collaborate with them someday in the future.

About dropping his debut album, Rema said he wouldn’t rush the process but his fans should only be patient.

The fast-rising afrobeat singer, #Rema has disclosed that he has some unreleased song with Ghanaian afrobeat singer, Kwesi Arthur that is yet to see the light of the day.

The Mavin young star, Rema has announced via an official twitter account that he would be taking a break from all his social media platforms indefinitely.
