#UMYU admission list (1st and 2nd batch) – The names of candidates offered provisional admission into the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU), Katsina, first degree programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session is out.


The authorities of the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) Katsina have released the 2018/2019 academic session first batch and second batch admission lists.

UMYU 1st and 2nd batch admission lists have been successfully uploaded on the institution’s admission status checking portal.

All the prospective students of the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) that participated in the 2018/2019 Post UTME screening exercise can now check their admission status online.

• Visit any CBT centre to upload their O’ Level results (if they have not done that)

#UMYU Remedial to Degree Admission List – The management of the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU), Katsina, School of Pre-Degree and Remedial Studies (SPRS), has released the names of remedial and IJMB candidates successful admitted into the university’s First Degree (100 & 200 Level) programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session.


This is to inform all the candidates that took part in the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU), Katsina, School of Pre-Degree and Remedial Studies (SPRS), 2017/2019 remedial and IJMB programmes that the management of the institution has released the names of candidates successfully placed into its Degree (100 and 200 level) programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session.

ALL admitted candidates are reminded to note the following:

• 1. Candidates registering for Pre-Degree Programme must possess at least five (5) O’ Level Credits, three (3) of which must be from Basic Science Subjects and two (2) in English Language and Mathematics, at not more than two (2) sittings. The Candidates must also register for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtain the minimum pass mark.
  
• 2. Candidates registering for IJMB Programme must possess at least five (5) O’ Level Credits, three (3) of which must be from Basic Science Subjects and two (2) in English Language and Mathematics, at not more than two (2) sittings.
  
• 3. IJMB candidates are advised to register with JAMB for Direct Entry (DE) Admissions
